Apple Pay is Apple’s digital wallet system that lets you make payments using your device. The service is compatible with the iPad Air 2 and later.
Setting up Apple Pay is easy. Simply open the Settings app and tap Wallet & Apple Pay. Then tap Add Card and follow the instructions to set up your credit or debit card.
You can’t make payments at contactless payment terminals with the iPad, but you can use Apple Pay to pay for goods online. Just tap the Buy with Apple Pay or Apple Pay button on participating websites, check the billing information (and input if necessary), then use Face ID, Touch ID, or your passcode to authenticate the payment.
