Forgotten password
If you can’t log into Apple ID or iCloud, you may need to reset your password.
So long as you know your registered email address and can answer some security questions, this is easy to do on the Apple website. Tap the link below or visit iForgot.apple.com in Safari.
Software issues
Can’t get iCloud working? Internet connection dropping out? Unable to turn off notifications?
If you have a general question about iOS, the best people to speak to are the official Apple Support team. They have a huge knowledge base, lots of staff and will respond quickly.
Unlike us, they have access to your Apple ID details and registered devices so they can take a more hands-on approach to troubleshooting your problem.
Hardware issues
Cracked screen? Muffled sound? Dodgy camera?
Apple Support is also your best bet if your device isn’t working as it should – the support team can diagnose and fix hardware problems better than anyone else.
Depending on the issue, they may ask you to bring it to an Apple Store for testing. Many repairs are free, though accidental damage is not usually covered under warranty.

Tips Premium
If you’ve paid for our Premium subscription but can’t access the Premium content, head to the Settings tab down below and tap Restore Purchases.
To cancel or amend your subscription, head to Apple ID > Subscriptions in the Settings app on your device.
