It’s six months since Apple released the iPhone 14 range, and as has become customary over the past few years, the company has marked the halfway point between releases with a new finish: a vivid golden yellow for iPhone 14 and 14 Plus.
The new yellow finish joins midnight, starlight, (PRODUCT)RED, blue, and purple in the lineup. It’s a good excuse for Apple to reiterate the key selling points of iPhone 14 to give it a push ahead of a summer that will likely be filled with iPhone 15 hype.
“People love their iPhone and rely on it every day for all that they do, and now there’s an exciting addition to the lineup with a new yellow iPhone 14 and iPhone 14 Plus,” said Bob Borchers, Apple’s vice president of Worldwide Product Marketing. “The extraordinary battery life, lightweight design, pro-level camera and video features, groundbreaking safety capabilities like Emergency SOS via satellite, and all iOS 16 has to offer make iPhone 14 a great option for anyone in the market for a new iPhone.”
The yellow colorway will be available for preorder from Friday, March 10, with availability from Tuesday, March 14.
