Apple has officially expanded Apple Intelligence to users in the European Union. With the latest software updates – iOS 18.4 et al – those in the EU can now access Apple Intelligence features for the first time.

This is a big step in Apple’s rollout, with its AI features now available in almost every region of the world. There’s expanded language support too, adding several new languages including French, German, Italian, Spanish, Japanese, Korean, and localized English for Singapore and India.
Although Apple Intelligence has received a somewhat mixed reception so far, Apple has done a good job of making it accessible around the world. At least those iPhone fans in the EU won’t have FOMO (fear of missing out) anymore over Writing Tools or Image Playground.
Vision of the future
This rollout also marks the debut of Apple Intelligence on a new platform: Vision Pro. The visionOS 2.4 update introduces the familiar AI tools from iPhone, allowing users to create and collaborate in spatial environments.
